Please ensure that the correct destination is entered when booking your trips, as our drivers can only go to the location listed on their tablet. All routing is done through GPS, and destinations cannot be changed during your trip.
Any changes must be made before the trip—either online or by contacting Dispatch. Changes requested at the time of pickup or during the ride cannot be honoured.
We have recently noticed several trips booked with incorrect destinations, followed by requests for drivers to adjust them. Please be aware that drivers are unable to make changes, as their tablets do not allow it. We ask that you do not request these adjustments from them.
